Celebrating 10 Years of Service: Martinez Immigration Law Marks a Decade of Advocacy and Success

Ten years ago, Martinez Immigration Law was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective legal representation to individuals, and families navigating the U.S. immigration system.

As we mark our 10-year anniversary, we are proud to reflect on a decade of standing beside our clients through some of life's most important moments. From reuniting families and securing humanitarian protections to helping clients pursue permanent residency and U.S. citizenship, every success has been made possible by the trust our clients place in us.

What began as a vision to serve the immigrant community has grown into a respected immigration law firm proudly serving clients throughout Kansas City and beyond. As immigration laws and policies have evolved over the past decade, our commitment has remained constant: trusted legal guidance rooted in compassion, integrity, and unwavering advocacy.

A Decade of Growth and Trusted Representation

Over the last ten years, Martinez Immigration Law has built a reputation for delivering personalized legal strategies and exceptional client service. Immigration matters often involve life-changing decisions, and our attorneys understand the responsibility that comes with helping clients navigate them.

As the firm has grown, so has our ability to serve people facing a wide variety of immigration matters. Whether assisting those seeking humanitarian protection, helping families reunite, or representing clients in removal proceedings, our team remains committed to pursuing the best possible outcome in every case.

The Attorneys Behind Our Mission

Martinez Immigration Law's success over the past decade has been driven by a team of attorneys who share a passion for advocating on behalf of immigrants and their families.

Founder Andrea C. Martinez established the firm with a vision of providing compassionate legal representation while becoming a trusted voice on immigration issues. Over the years, her advocacy has earned national recognition through appearances in the Netflix documentary Living Undocumented and interviews with leading media outlets, including CNN International, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.

As Managing Partner, Megan Galicia has played a key role in the firm's continued growth while guiding clients through incredibly complex humanitarian immigration matters. Her compassionate, client-focused approach has helped countless individuals and families pursue safety, stability, and legal status in the United States.

Genevra Alberti brings extensive litigation and immigration law experience to the firm, strengthening its ability to advocate for clients in even the most challenging cases. Her experience before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and leadership within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) reflect the depth of knowledge and dedication she brings to every client she serves.

Together, our attorneys combine decades of experience with a shared commitment to protecting the rights and futures of the individuals, families, and businesses who place their trust in Martinez Immigration Law.

A Decade of Meaningful Impact

While legal victories matter, our greatest accomplishment over the past ten years has been the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.

We've celebrated with families reunited after years apart, witnessed clients achieve lawful permanent residency, stood beside new U.S. citizens as they took the Oath of Allegiance, and helped vulnerable individuals find safety through humanitarian immigration protections.

Over the years, Martinez Immigration Law LLC has successfully represented clients before the Kansas City Immigration Court, federal courts, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in matters involving:

● Asylum

● Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

● Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Status

● Humanitarian Parole

● Immigration Waivers

● U Visas, T Visas, and VAWA petitions

● Cancellation of Removal

● Family-Based Immigration

● Employment-Based Immigration

● Green Cards and Permanent Residency

● Naturalization and U.S. Citizenship

Bond

Habeas Corpus Petitions

Our attorneys also remain dedicated advocates for victims of crime, human trafficking, and domestic violence, helping vulnerable individuals pursue legal protections and safer futures in the United States.

Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey

This milestone would not have been possible without the trust of our clients, the support of our community, and the dedication of every member of the Martinez Immigration Law team.

To everyone who has allowed us to be part of their immigration journey over the last decade: thank you. It has been an honor to stand beside you during some of the most important moments of your lives.
